Commercial real estate is a family affair for Ryan. The Ramseurs have been involved in commercial real estate for over 20 years, with a focus on large timber portfolios in the Southeast.

As a residential real estate broker for a decade, Ryan closed on more than $130 million in gross revenue. In the process, he gained valuable experience negotiating contracts and working with private investors. This has given him a solid foundation in the Mobile Home industry, to the benefit of his clients, both buyers and sellers.

Ryan is an excellent listener and communicator with ample patience and enthusiasm. Consistently a top 5% producer in a team of 40-plus, Ryan has a track record for results-driven strategic sales. In his spare time, he hangs out with family, golfs and shares his passion for the great outdoors and his “deal-making” capabilities.
