Spencer Schelp is an Illinois-licensed Managing Broker advising owners and investors in the mobile home park and RV community space across the Midwest. Based in Quincy, Illinois, he brings a disciplined, analytical approach to brokerage, with a focus on clear valuation, thoughtful positioning, and well-sequenced transactions.

Spencer has a strong understanding of seller-financed and structured transactions, and regularly works with deals that require creativity and cooperation between parties. He enjoys evaluating the many variables that make this asset class unique—such as different home-ownership models, utility arrangements, and operating structures—and helping clients understand where value can be created or protected within a transaction.

A key part of Spencer’s work is identifying value-add considerations and aligning the interests of all parties involved, then structuring transactions in a way that supports a successful outcome for both buyers and sellers. He regularly attends regional and national Equity Marketing meetings to continue his education, present listings, and stay actively engaged with buyers and sellers across the market.

Outside of his professional work, Spencer is a father of four and is deeply rooted in his local community.
