Billie joined MHP Broker with a deep understanding of property transactions and client relationships due to over a decade of working in her local real estate market in Tennessee.  Her decision to transition into the mobile home and RV park marketplace was a natural one, driven by the unique income-generating investment opportunities and scalable assets that offer long-term value for her clients.  Known for her client-first approach and her dedication to getting results, she consistently goes above and beyond to advocate for her clients’ best interests. Prior to real estate, Billie spent 16 years in the Nashville radio and advertising industry, where she developed her skills in marketing, communication, and audience targeting. This background is a major asset to her real estate clients, allowing her to craft effective marketing strategies to maximize property exposure driving interest and results.

Billie is a Tennessee native and second-generation real estate agent.  In her spare time, you can find her traveling with her husband and their dog throughout the southeast in their RV.
