Christian Diepholz figured out his career path as a teenager. Raised in a real estate family with well-rounded industry experience and expertise, he made the decision to take the North Carolina Real Estate License Course when he was just 17.
Today, he’s an experienced commercial real estate broker with strategic vision, deep community ties and a demonstrated history of success with clients. Since 2016, Christian has represented buyers and sellers in a variety of asset classes, managed a new construction sales team, facilitated asset repositioning projects and successfully spearheaded hotel-condo conversion, residential development implementation and lease negotiation challenges. Christian uses this industry versatility to effectively advise his clients in every aspect of the Mobile Home and RV Park Industry as an MHP Broker.
