Originally from the United Kingdom, Raj has over a decade of experience in real estate technology. He has lived and worked in London, New York, Miami, Tampa Bay, and now Austin, Texas. Raj has a unique perspective gained from selling technology solutions to the commercial real estate (CRE) sector, which allows him to understand the needs and challenges of major owners and operators. As an investor and entrepreneur with several successful ventures, Raj is now using his expertise to assist clients in navigating and maximizing their investments in mobile home communities.

Raj has a proven track record of closing complex transactions across the U.S. and the MENAT region (Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey), and has worked with C-suite executives and top operators.
