Sameer Coelho is a Junior Associate Broker on the MHP Broker team. Originally from Bangalore, India, Sameer began his career working with the firm’s India-based team before relocating to the United States last year to join the U.S. operations. He is currently based in St. Louis, Missouri.

Sameer brings a strong background in Mathematics and Data Analytics, having earned a Bachelor’s degree in Honours Mathematics from the University of Waterloo, Canada. His analytical training allows him to approach park valuations with creativity and precision, developing data-driven methodologies to assess value effectively.

In addition to valuations, Sameer works closely on the financing side, assisting buyers in identifying and securing appropriate funding solutions for real estate acquisitions.
