I work with The MHP Broker as Executive Assistant to Max and Kathryn Baker. Being part of this team has been my best professional move ever! Max and Kathryn have created a culture where we all excel by being ourselves, pooling our talents, and helping and relying on others. We work hard and have fun doing it. Everyone’s role here is valued equally – it is inspiring to experience a workspace where all of our wins are celebrated and there’s no hierarchical structure to inhibit our growth and creativity. I currently fill the role of Marketing Director at The MHP Broker and have worked with them for almost 3 years. I’m Ryan Ramseur, one of the Associate Agents here at The MHP Broker. The team that Max and Kathryn have assembled here is truly amazing. Everyone is eager to help one another and there is no “me first” mentality. I think that is what I like most about being a member of this team: the collaborative team nature of everyone rowing in the same direction to get to the finish line. My name is Sudeep, I’m the Director of Research at The MHP Broker. I have been working for The MHP Broker team for the past 9 years now and am looking forward to many more. As company heads, Max and Kathryn have always been supportive, appreciative, and encouraging towards our work. This motivates us to do better and give more for The MHP Broker team. I am grateful for all the knowledge and experience that I have gained while working here. Though we work virtually and are hundreds of miles from each other we communicate effectively and respect each other as family. We have formed a bond not just in business but also personally.
