While serving in the Marine Corps, Max bought and flipped his first mobile home. It was more than a side hustle—it lit the fire. That grit and Semper Fi spirit still drives how we show up for our clients: with commitment, hustle, and follow-through.
Back then, mobile home park databases didn’t exist. So we built our own. At a national firm, it was all about the grind—mapping every park, every lead, by hand. That obsession with research became the foundation for helping clients uncover investment opportunities.
We flagshipped a new way to underwrite mobile home communities by working directly with local lenders and helping sellers bridge pricing gaps. That hands-on dealmaking still defines our process—bringing creative solutions that close.
Joining a regional firm gave us bigger tools and broader reach. By 2015, we were involved in 80% of all Georgia Mobile Home Park closings. If you owned or own a community in Georgia, odds are we helped close it. Today, we bring that same market command to every deal, nationwide.
We took the leap and launched our own firm—with Kathryn, my wife and now partner, leading the charge. From day one, our goal was simple: create a boutique team that treats every client like family and delivers better results with less stress.
Growth came fast. We added 12 licenses, expanded to a 5-agent sales team, and grew our research arm in India. With over 10,000 mobile home parks in our custom database, we offer clients unmatched insight and access—no guessing, just results.
It was a landmark year: 50 communities sold, and we brokered a $34 million portfolio deal. But it wasn’t about the numbers—it was about helping each seller get their best offer, no matter the size of the sale.
When the world paused, we didn’t. We doubled down on service, systems, and strategy—helping clients navigate uncertainty while still closing deals. Your exit plan doesn’t wait for perfect timing—and we make sure it doesn’t have to.
After two years of growth, we finally took the team to Mexico. The market was slowly waking up, and we were already ahead of it—guiding clients toward smart exits while others stood still.
The market came back strong—and so did we. With more communities sold and a mission sharpened, we embraced what we’ve always believed: Mobile home parks deserve first-class brokerage. We’re here to “make trailer parks great again™”—one successful sale at a time.
