The MHP Broker is a family run business operated by husband and wife duo Max and Kathryn Baker. It was founded by Max at the end of 2009 when the economy was in freefall and Max saw an opportunity to bring better brokerage services to park owners in the south. At the time, community owners in secondary and tertiary markets were lacking a professional to help them communicate and present the full value of their property to wall-street type buyers. The recipe for success was simple. Data-driven evaluations. Virtual support. Gratitude attitude. When Max saw the success in what he was doing, he began bringing on more people and asked his wife Kathryn to join him helping push the vision of the company to assist park owners in secondary and tertiary markets nationwide.
